The space -Our Elk Park Retreat is set on 5 wooded acres; it is very private and quiet. Neighboring homes/properties are well-spaced apart.
The entire space was renovated in 2024 including:
-A modern kitchen open to the dining area with full appliances including dishwasher
-Two hotel-quality bathrooms with heated floors; the ensuite with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower over tub
-Comfortable, king-sized bedrooms with down-alternative duvets and pillows
-Central heat (no air conditioning)
-A spacious and inviting living room with a dedicated work space and writing desk
Guest access - Guests will have full, private access to the interior spaces as described and the deck off the dining room, along with the wooded front yard. Outdoor furniture/seating and a fire pit will be added fall of 2024.
Other things to note - The house is part of a duplex and shares one wall with an adjacent 1 bedroom/1 bathroom townhome.
